Hire/Appoint a "non governmental" agency to evaluate all government processes and procedures. Eliminate offices and positions that do not contribute to the desired goal of that office. Streamline the entire Government, cut both FAT and COSTS and expedite getting the needs to the people. Restore the Government to the People.
Successful companies evaluate their departments and staff from time to time to assure positive contributions are still being made to the bottom line.
