I am a physician.
I have trained for 5 years in the US. I have a job in a community health center treating 20 patients a day.
I have the capacity to treat more people in a rural part of the USA AND create 5-7 new jobs if I had a green card.
BUT, I have to wait 4-5 years more than a physician from any other country in the world to get my green card because I am from India. (Same problem with China) and the EB2 application process is vague and not well managed.
Is this fair to the people who are really in need of Jobs and Health care???
