Stop circulation of the paper dollar, penny, nickel, and quarter. Make all monetary transactions round to the nearest dime.
To save costs:
- eliminate the paper dollar
- the dime will remain the same
- the 50 cent piece will be the same as the current nickel
- the current dollar coin is unchanged.
