1. An applicant will submit to a criminal background check.
2. Applicant's must have a Natural Born U.S. Citizen of at least voting age that will sponsor an applicant for a period of 5 years upon entry into the U.S. Sponsors will assume legal responsibility of the applicant (example: monetary restitution in criminal and civil matters involving the applicant).
3. Application fees to be added to the applicant's Federal income tax until paid in full.
4. Applicant must show basic knowledge of the U.S. Constitution. To include: Federal branches of government/responsibilities, states and individual rights/responsibilities. Additionally, must demonstrate an ability to use and understand the English Language.
Failure to meet the above will result in return to native country.
