"Street Gangs" and their activities should fall under a category of "Domestic Terrorism" and should be treated as such.

Let's face it, street gangs are nothing less than "Domestic Terrorists". We need to have federal reform led by the DOJ to deem ALL street gangs and their activities as terrorism. A new classification of "Domestic Terrorism" should be enacted along with harsh laws and sentences on a grand scale to curb gang violence in American communities. Tax dollars are paid to incarcerate gang members with the intention to halt their gang activities, but many of them, when they do end up in prison, simply commence the exact same acts of criminality and gang involvement that landed them in prison in the first place. The American people, need and desire common sense street gang laws reform to ensure that our communities are safe. Along with common sense gun laws, common sense street gang laws make sense.
