Street legalize military humvees that were recently auctioned to the public.

Created by J.J. on June 30, 2015

Currently over 1100 surplus military humvees have been auctioned to the public. Unfortunately, the vehicles do not meet the EPA's emission standards. If humvees were to be made legal on highways, people would no doubt be willing to pay more to own a vehicle. The EPA's standards infringe on a person's right to private property, and what they can do with that property. Humvees pose no threat to other drivers on the road and should be made legal.
