Strenghten U.S. security and law enforcement to end gun violence. Our nation has seen enough of guns used in an uncivilized manner.I think we should change the 2nd amendment and only have law enforcement and military officials Think twice before giving some random citizen a gun. Make law enforcement and military personel more on the streets and enforce these laws. It's about time we draw the line with violence now. Anyone who misuses a firearm should be either locked up in a very secure facility or killed.
