Strenghten TRICARE by mandating all employers include it as an option for their eligible retired military employees.

TRICARE is a great, well deserved benefit for retired military personnel and should be preserved for all current and future retirees. In order to preserve and strengthen the program it should be mandatory for employers who offer health care, to include it as an option for their retired military employees. The share of the premium that would ordinarily be paid by the company would then be paid to the TRICARE program. and the individual would still pay their share of the TRICARE premium. This would create a huge inflow of cash into the TRICARE system. A company would not be required to pay anymore to TRICARE than they are already paying toward other employees health plans. So it would be "no loss, no gain" for the company financialy. No money that is not already being spent is used.
