Strengthen gun purchase restrictions to include performing extensive background checks and mandatroy education class.

We need to limit and restrict ownership of firearms so that only law abiding and emotionally healthy people can purchase and/or own a firearm. Extensive background checks on individuals and anyone that also legally resides with that person should be performed and mandatory firearm safety classes passe prior to any firearm purchase. It's mentally unstable and criminal people that kill other people with guns.
