The way big energy and greedy corporations have used the media to spread false information is a crime against our people! The airwaves, or electromagnetic spectrum & bandwidth belong to the citizens of the United States. When a media-corp rents a slice of the public owned electromagnetic spectrum from the FCC, and calls themselves "News", there should be some expectation of truth. How else can the public make informed decisions about who to vote for?
When big oil corp buys out media-corp and tells them to deny facts so that the population will ignore danger, that is criminal.
Strengthen the FCC rules on deceptive reporting and broadcasts by media outlets.
