Too often the poor are neglected or abused by people that are supposed to utilize government funds to "help" and "protect" those same people. You, Mr. President, are doing a great job of giving them hope but please also protect them. Predatory agencies should be shut down, in the same way predatory housing complexes and abusive adult day cares are. Thank you.
