Strengthen our power grids from an EMP attack or a solar storm attacking our power grids.

I am asking President Obama to strengthen our power grids from any EMO attacks or a Solar Storm. The effects of an EMP or a Solar Storm would result in mass deaths, starvation, no communication, no transportation, and millions of american lives will be gone. I want to make this petition to save our community i want to live and I'm only 15 living in fear every day because the President isn't doing anything about his problem. The result of an EMP or Solar Storm would also mean that energy won't be recovered for years or decades leaving us in the Dark Ages. Please i ask to act upon this as quickly as you can to ensure the safety of America. All you need to do is strengthen the power grids from an EMP or a Solar Storm , please i beg you.
