The government should strengthen sanctions against North Korea in every aspect, because it has held an innocent American, Jeffrey Edward Fowle, in detention just because he had left a bible behind in his hotel room. This is not the first case that N.K. captured foreign tourists without any legitimate causes. Above all, I can't also help but demand the State Department prohibit North Korea-friendly travel agencies here in the States such as Koryo Tours, Young Pioneer Tours, and so on, from sending Americans to North Korea anymore. In addition, boarding Air Koryo, North Korean Airline run by its military, should be banned for the U.S. citizens as soon as possible to avoid more victims like Mr. Fowle. More economic sanctions, of course, should be considered.
