2) There has been an alarming increase in aggressive actions by the China in the Asia Pacific Seas. Dangerous and destabilizing incidents in the South China Sea, specifically in waters and air-space near the coasts of Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Philippines, and Vietnam, where the use of coercion, intimidation, and military force by China seeking to change the status quo.
3) The US to strengthen support for its treaty allies, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, the Philippines, and Thailand, to maintain peace and stability, and lawful uses of sea and air-space in Asia Pacific region.
