I propose to have one flat social security payment of 1,800.00 to those who qualify for retirement and those who qualify for permenant disability status. At the same time, those who make over 500,000.00 a year will not qualify for the retirement meant for the common man. Those making over 500,000.00 would pay a non-refundable minority-retirement tax to balance out the comfort and security of the retired and disabled of this country. God Bless America.
