Mandate strict federal adherence to the Tenth Amendment to The Constitution. Allow states to govern themselves as they see fit and allow the American Experiment to work without interference from the Federal Government. Give freedom of choice to the states and bring the level of dominant government closer to the people. Remove the Federal Government from any actions that do not pertain to its constitutional role.
