The 2nd Amendment no longer applies. It makes no sense for everyone to have a hand gun, Guns are used to kill, is that a hard concept to understand. When the 2nd amendment was past it made sense. Conditions and gun capabilities have changed drastically sense the 2nd Amendment passed.
