This is a petition to have racial balance laws in the work place of businesses that employ at least 24 people. These laws should be similar to the arrangement in government institutions like the army, hospitals, and prisons to permit equal fair opportunity to minorities and stimulate a stronger more competitive work environment according to each companies local census.
