We the people request stricter voting rules to eliminate voter fraud on election day by implementing:
1. Finger printing. With the use of having to provide a finger print, this will virtually eliminate all voter fraud.
2. The elimination of early voting.
3. The elimination of absentee ballots. (the use of finger printing will conveniently allow citizens to vote from anywhere in the world.
4. The elimination of computer voting or counting. Citizens should vote by paper ballot and all ballots should be counted by One Democrat, one Republican, One Independent and overseen by one military officer.
We the people feel all these rules combined together will greatly reduce most if not all voter fraud.
