Many states have laws way too loose for carseat usage. Furthermore, many parents do not properly restrain their children which can be just as dangerous as not restraining them at all.
I believe new legislation should be set in place following the AAP guidlines.
This new legislation could save thousands of young lives lost on the roads every day and media coverage may also help inform parents of how to properly restrain their children.
