Groups such as Westboro Baptist Church who have been protesting funerals and other events in which cause emotional distress to innocent civilians should have stricter limitations on when and where they are able to protest. Infringing on the emotional heath of another person is wrong and with stricter limitations the emotions of grieving and others targeted by extreme, nearly hate groups such as Westboro Baptist Church will be protected.
