To enact tougher legislation against anyone found responsible for animal cruelty or abuse, and neglect. Not only are these individuals act in a manner that jeopardizes the values of this nation, but animal abusers are usually the same individuals that act in more horrendous crimes later in life. I want to make it known abuse of our pets, and animals will not be tolerated and prosecuted to fullest extent of the law. I wish to seek tougher laws than what are in place and stricter fines for individuals caught in these acts.
