The punishment for rape is not as strict as it should be and it shouldn't be taken in a light manner. Studies show that 1 out of 4 rapists are convicted for their crime and punished and the rest are free.This is not fair; rape shouldn't be taken lightly and punishment for rape should be 30 years in jail. Our Petition is to get rape and violence against women punished more harshly.
