Strictly monitor the use of all guns. Outlawing them in large cities, except police, and to not allow teachers to carry.

Gun violence has obviously been an increasing problem in our country. It doesn't need to be. Some are suggest that to protects students, we arm the teachers. Come on now, we're just fighting guns with guns there. We can totally outlaw gun possession in very populated cities, but still allow the use them to special forces and to the public in monitored facilities. By doing this, we are still staying true to the Constition, and saving countless innocent lives in the process.
