Strict Regulation of drone availability and use in the public sector is absolutely necessary for preserving the fundamental privacy, dignity and safety of all persons.
We have seen several instances of late where reckless drone use has jeopardized the lives and success of rescue efforts underway in wildfires out west for those involved in that mission.
More and more public citizens report being pursued or harassed by those using drones without genuine purpose or civility. Wildlife is also at risk in the same way.
We ask The United States Consumer Products Safety Commission, the FAA to intervene on behalf of citizens of this country for their rights and protections by limiting drone use and availability through licensing, regulation and considerable fines for violations and offenses.
