The 2nd Amendment of the US Constitution was written to allow the citizens of this country to protect themselves and their property for a corrupt and tyrannical government. Over the last few decades, the government has been slowly taking away or restricting our rights on fire arms as much as they can, and every "mass" shooting brings more calls for illegally restricting a citizens right. Sign this petition to strike down any laws restricting the sale and ownership of ANY fire arm by a law abiding citizen and pass legislation making it unlawful for any state, county, or local government body to restrict, in any way, our Constitutional right to own and carry a legally purchased fire arm of any make or model, of any magazine capacity.
