The provision in the bill, Section 735, known as the Farmer's Assurance Provision, allows Monsanto and other Agri businesses to cultivate and grow GMO and GE crops despite existing legal challenges, and without health and safety testing and oversight
This presents potential danger to our health and environment, and harms thousands of organic and small farmers, who will suffer from GMO crop contamination
Please introduce legislation to strike down Section 735 and protect Americans from GMO and GE organisms with clear labeling of our food
