The Pentagon has proposed Pay and Benefit cuts across the board that will directly effect all military families. The new proposal includes slashing Housing Allowances (BAH), Commissary Subsidies that save military families 30% in groceries, yearly pay increases, raising Tricare Medical Coverage by twice the current rate, and continuing the current sequester of automatic budget cuts that are also hurting military families and retirees. Our troops and veterans have sacrificed so much to keep the American People safe.
