Congressman Rand Paul's statement that Sec. Clinton was "accepting culpability" for the attack at Benghazi by leaving the State Department was so verifiably false and outrageously counter to the distinguished and honorable service that she has provided this nation in her role at the State Department that it should not be allowed to stand in the Historical Record for all time. Those who step up to serve this nation with honor and to the best of their abilities should not have their record besmirched with unfounded smears and slander.
