Eliminate all references to individuals to prevent them from having any fame and recognition for the murder of innocent people.
People are looking for fame and media attention for causing pain to others. It's time that we strike their names, remove their birth records, and donate all of their belongings to their victims.
WIthout the media attention, looking at their faces, names, and backgrounds, mass murders will be less likely to perform these evil acts.
