Strike from the record and ban all physical or digital copies, representations or mentions of Terminator 3 and 4.

I submit to you, Mr. President, as well as the ladies and gentlemen of Congress that all copies, representations, mentions or evidence of the feature films "Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines" and "Terminator Salvation" should be destroyed, deleted, stricken from all records in entirety and banned. To seek a more perfect union and continue moving these United States forward in unity I steadfastly recommend this ban be enforced with a mandatory minimum sentence of 8 years hard time for violators, and for the writers, producers and directors of the above mentioned films to be pilloried for a period of not less that 60 days. I also request funding of $83 billion to be set aside to enforce this ban, and to acquire the rights to the franchise so no future Terminator films can be made.
