This petition will be set in place to strip the Freedom of Speech rights in the 1st Amendment of the Constitution of the United States from those individuals who are uneducated, mentally challenged, and generally not very smart, in layman terms. These individuals opinions are unwanted and make absolutely no sense at all. They lower the IQ of every person around them when words spew forth from their mouths, thus leaving the rest of America to succumb to a disease of becoming more and more ignorant each and every day they are exposed to this type of people.
