I believe that all known gang members should be stripped of all rights as U.S. citizens. If anyone kills a gang member they should not be tried for murder. When a gang member is arrested then they should be held without trial and automatically given the death penalty to be carried out within one month of arrest. It should be carried out by firing squad.
