Those who signed these separatist petitions are advocating withdrawal from the Union, this is treason. Victory through unity has been a common theme in American history and in this time of economic and social turbulence the only way we can overcome is together. The secessionist's ideas are a danger to our great Union and an example that cannot be allowed to stand. As such this petition advocates the deportation and forfeiture of American citizenship of those individuals who seek to weaken this great nation through civil war.
