Strip citizens on government assistance of their right to vote.

People who are on government assistance should no longer be able to get assistance without finding a way to invest in the country.
Set them up with volunteer organizations, community service, clean up schools and parks, the list is endless.
If the taxpayers are being forced to hand out hard earned money, that money should not only benefit the person receiving aid, it should benefit the country.
American taxpayers should never hurt due to others not willing to do their part.
