Secession from a government no longer viewed by it's citizens as operating in their best interests being held as a legal option by International Law, please remove the citizenship from any US citizen or resident (legal or illegal) who circulates a petition, circular, fliers or places ads in print or broadcast media, or sends mailings to US mailing addresses advocating the exile, removal of citizenship, barring, shunning or otherwise disenfranchising an American Citizen's right to free speech and determination, to wit signing a petition, or verbally advocating the signing of a petition for Secession From The United States. Following removal of citizenship, please arrange for exile to Antartica, to be enforced at the earliest opportunity. Said exiles shall be responsible for their own fate.
