A petition to ensure the rights of veterans, their families, and of the several Sovereign States, Commonwealths, and Republics which make up the United States of America.
Certain rights were granted to the Republic, and all rights not so granted were reserved to the States. Those right have been usurped by a bloated bureaucracy, and must be restored to the States.
Only those who hold a vested interest in the welfare of the union should be given a voice in determining the leadership and the course of that union. Service in defense if the union, property ownership, and self-reliance should be the criteria for a voice in matters concerning the union.
