strip citizenship rights from Secessionists

I hereby petition the United States Government, that no citizen who has petitioned the government either on their own behalf, or on behalf of their respective states for the right to secede from the Union, should be allowed to ever vote again in any national election, nor should any such individuals ever receive any benefit whatsoever from the Federal Government of the United States of America.
I further request that any and all such individuals making such petition for secession be forever ineligible to own or otherwise obtain firearms or ammunition in light of their voluntarily-demonstrated, treasonous intent.
Such individuals should be forever barred from holding public office, or from carrying arms for, or wearing the uniform of the Republic which they seek to dissolve.
