Strip the Citizenships, in absentia, of all United States Citizens who wish to secede under 444 U.S. 252 Section 349(c)

I think that it is rubbish that anyone would want to secede from such a great nation. It is such a disgrace that I think action need to be taken. If not, we will always come across these stupid petitions...
