Strip Hobby Lobby of corporate status

Created by B.C. on June 30, 2014

Strip "closely-held for-profit corporations" like Hobby Lobby of the protection of corporate status if the corporate principals try to impose their religious beliefs on employees by denying them full access to contraceptives or any other form of healthcare.

When PEOPLE decide to interfere in the private health decisions of their employees based on their own religion, they are acting as PEOPLE and not a corporation. Therefore, they should forfeit the personal asset protection and tax benefits of incorporation.
