Strip Homeowner's Associations of their legality and deem the joining of a HOA voluntary and not mandatory.

Homeowners Associations are unconstitutional as they infringe on the personal liberties of the homeowners by, in most cases, making membership mandatory instead of voluntary, stripping the homeowner of his/her personal choice of whether or not to join the Homeowners Association. It also infringes upon the personal liberties and constitutional rights of the homeowners by not allowing them to decorate or modify their homes the way they see fit to. In a lot of cases, if a homeowner violates these rules they can be sued in court, fined and if they refuse to pay said fine, they can be ordered to sell their home. I believe the practices of Homeowners Associations are bullish and unconstitutional, and their legal status should be revoked.
