Neighborhood associations nationwide are serving no purpose other than making the lives of residents miserable by dictating what they can and cannot do on their property. This petition is to strip neighborhood associations of their power over private property in neighborhoods nationwide. Leaving only the ability to govern public land, such as recreation areas in the neighborhood.
