Upon signing into law, in January, the ban on assault weapons, magazines holding more than SEVEN rounds as well as more restrictions on how/where New Yorkers can carry their weapons, We the People call for Governor Cuomo to be brought to Federal Court on charges of Treason.
Gov. Cuomo used executive action to sign these bills into law. This circumvented the "Democratic Process" of being by the people, of the people, and for the people.
Cuomo never put this bill up for vote, review, or constitutional check. Because of this and the clear and blatant infringement of our second amendment rights, We the People ask that Gov. Cuomo be tried like the constitution killer he is.
