This petition is to enforce into law that any person charged of any type of child abuse and/or sexual assualt of their parenyal rights if charged more then once
before conviction.
Although someone is charged and convicted of such crimes they still have to be taken to court and a judge has to be presented with a case to why this person should be striped of their rights.
Attornies cost alot of money and take a long time. These criminals do not deserve to have their parental rights to their children and should automatically striped due to their actions.
This is a way to help protect the children and also allow someone that is willing to love and care for the child to adopt them without having to go to court and asked to have the criminals parental rights away.
