Strip parental rights from convicted sex offenders.

Created by D.F. on November 12, 2013

Please remove parental rights from all individuals who have committed a violent sex offence, effective the day they are convicted.
Parents who pose no risk to children are punished by being dragged through the court system by the convicted parent for visitation/custody, and the court system does not see the parent as a threat to their own child(ren) unless the child(ren) were direct victims.
If sex offenders are a threat to general public's children and are protected, the offender's biological children deserve equal protection.
