Strip President Obama of his salary of $400,000 and give it instead to Clinton Garrison.

Remove the presidential salary of $400,000 a year and give it to someone who actually needs it and will actually put it to use. Clinton Garrison will take the money and put it back into the local economy, unlike President Obama. Obama won't put his own money back into the economy (especially since he has plenty enough money already) since he can't even put our money back into the economy.
