Bill (Pill) Cosby admitted to using quaaludes to drug and rape women.
President Obama has said of rape, "It’s not okay – and it has to stop . . . It’s on us – all of us - to create a culture where violence isn’t tolerated, where survivors are supported." He cited that one of five women are victims of rape or attempted rape. His "It's On Us" public awareness campaign urges the public to help keep women, men, and children safe from sexual assault.
The US Navy revoked Cosby's honorary title of chief petty officer. President Obama needs "to create a culture where violence isn't tolerated, where survivors are supported." President Obama should strip Cosby of the Presidential Medal of Freedom. That Cosby still has the Medal is antithetical to Obama's message and our nation's values.
