The Tenth Amendment to the United States Constitution, which is part of the Bill of Rights, states: "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people."
The United States Federal Government has subverted the United States Constitution on many issues, including the NDAA, implementation of the TSA and DHS, the IRS, the Federal Reserve, the Patriot Acts and many other unconstitutional, liberty-infringing policies. Anyone attempting to subvert the 10th Amendment or deeming any dissenter worthy of their US citizenship being revoked over ideas such as secession deserves to be arrested and charged with treason and enemies of Free Humanity.
