Strong retaliation to Chinese Cyber Attack.

The United States must mount a cyber defense plan to assault the Chinese Government technologically as a retaliation for the Chinese sponsored attack on the National Security of the United States. A firewall must be implemented to filter internet traffic from all foreign countries, a reverse firewall of China, that encompasses the internet for the United States. Just as China filters all communications to its country we must in turn do the same to block communications from countries that represent a threat.
The United States must implement counter measures similar to those in place that physically protect the Nation. Nations found to sponsor cyber attacks against the United States must be crippled technologically through the use of EMP technology.
