Victims (the Corporations) spend countless man hours and dollars to fix or stop the attacks while simultaneously loosing customers causing long term effects.
Please Make DDOS a stronger federal offense when it effects more than 500,000 users/subscribers for more than a half hour in any one 24 hour period and make the punishment severe. Lengthy prison time with monitored release & limited to no access to electronics.
